1. Return and Refund Eligibility

2. Return Conditions

3. Return Process

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged product when contacting us.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage caused during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
